Training
To accomodate for my father and my sisters growing interest in my training,
I have decided to make a public database of my achievements.
The fields 'duration' and 'distance' records correspondingly the total duration and the total distance
of the run. That is from I start off till I return home, including a slow run to warm up,
and a slow run to get my pulse down.
Intervals of high pulse etc. are noted in the 'comments'-field.
